Lately I’ve had a whole lot of extra time in my hands. So I have been going through my parents CD collection and importing them into MP3′s. I would have done lossless or a lesser lossy format but I honestly can’t hear much difference after 192kbps. I might just have bad hearing or my speaker set is bad.

In any case, while in the process I have been speaking with a buddy of mine who just recently decided on jumping back on the Ragnarok train. A game of which I spent countless hours online during my years after high school. I must say a very simple yet very addictive game. Along with Ragnarok I have been spending some time on the World of Warcraft page, tempted yet by another mmorpg that sucked another year after my long term Ragnarok addiction. Being stuck like this is horrid as it makes me yet less productive than what I already am. So let us hope that my temptations suck me back to another addiction.

I am guilty of watching a japanese drama every sunday on T.V. My original excuse was to improve my listening skills but I must say that this has actually turned into one of my favorite shows on T.V. I always look forward to watching every sunday. The title of the drama is Haken no Hinkaku or in english The Pride of the Temp. It’s not what a typical drama would involved as it doesn’t take love or any of those topics too seriously its more about a couple of temps and the work place. I was unfortunate enough to not have had the chance to catch it from the first episode. In any case thats sort of my round up of sunday evening television.

Not much has happened the past few days. I really wish I had some moneys for travel. There is a whole lot of conferences, and live events happening everywhere. Everything from meet ups to the Apple announcements that are happening next week.

I have been exploring the possibility of returning back to school. A few weeks ago I signed up for school and received my appointment dates for summer. Attached with that was a notice that I had to retake the assessment exam for math and english. It sort of put me down knowing that I have to start all over because it has been a very long time since I do some intensive algebra or trigonometry.

I decided to purchase a cheap domain just to play around with it. I may consider hosting the website myself eventually I don’t know yet. I have always been fond of playing around with LAMP servers and what not. In any case you can find this blog on my new link. Hopefully the DNS Service gets updated soon.
